Forgotten Passwords Unfortunately due to safeguarding and data protection, we are unable to reset forgotten passwords online. We apologise if this causes inconvenience, however the safety of our students and their data is paramount. Students and Staff Please see your school's ICT Technician in order to have your password reset. Your technician will be able to reset and provide your new password immediately. Parents and Carers Please visit school reception, where your password can be reset and provided immediately. Please can we ask that you bring with you a piece of photographic identification (a passport, driving licence, or Home Office identification card). Alternatively, please telephone school reception on 01902 504 930 and a new password can be posted to the address that the school has on file.
